Alison joined CAF Bank as Chief Executive Officer in December 2019. She is leading our strategic focus on growing lending to charities and social purpose enterprise clients.

Alison believes in placing clients and colleagues at the heart of everything we do. This is reflected in the design of our transformation programme and the leadership ethos she has instilled.

Dina joined CAF Bank in 2014, having spent 33 years in the private banking sector. Dina believes the cornerstones to helping clients make a difference are shared values of integrity and social responsibility. Dina is the Institute of Directors’ Director of the Year (Public and Third Sector), London and the South East, 2015.

Phil joined CAF Bank as Chief Finance Officer in 2021, having worked in financial services for over 20 years. Phil held a variety of Finance roles across the HSBC Group; in the UK, Europe, US and Bermuda.

Alison joined CAF Bank in May 2017 as the Chief Risk Officer having worked for the Financial Conduct Authority (previously Financial Services Authority) for 20 years. Alison is responsible for ensuring the Bank has a proportionate and effective approach to risk management and through monitoring demonstrates the Bank’s compliance to its regulatory, legal and internal policies and procedures.

Gillian is accountable for the oversight of CAF Bank’s IT services. This includes making sure customers have a positive experience with our IT solutions, and being responsible for appropriate IT service availability and risk management, IT change and the delivery of new functionality to our customers and colleagues.
