Neil joined CAF as Chief Executive in October 2020. Previously Neil was CEO of international, pan-disability charity Leonard Cheshire. He lost his sight aged 21 and is a law graduate from Newcastle University.

Alison joined CAF Bank as Chief Executive Officer in December 2019 and in 2021, she assumed responsibility for CAF’s Charity Services proposition, in addition to her role with CAF Bank. She is principally responsible for driving the transformation of the products and services we deliver to UK charities, including leading the Bank’s strategic focus on growing lending to charities and social enterprises, and becoming the preferred banking partner for UK small and medium-sized charities.

Ted Hart serves as the Chief Executive of CAF International and President and Chief Executive of CAF America and CAF Canada. As an internationally recognised speaker, Ted has over 30 years of experience in advising global philanthropy and is an expert in regulatory frameworks governing both domestic and global philanthropy and risk management.

Ian joined Charities Aid Foundation in April 2022 from OSTC, a financial trading and education company where he was COO/Deputy CEO. Prior to joining CAF Ian spent 14 years with HSBC in a variety of COO/CSO roles across the UK, Asia and the Middle East.

Liz joined Charities Aid Foundation as Group Chief Financial Officer in February 2022. She draws on experience from her previous role as Chief Financial Officer at City, University of London, as well as 18 years at the BBC in a number of divisional and corporate finance roles.

Angus joined Charities Aid Foundation in 2021, as our Group Transformation Director. Angus is the driving force behind our organisation-wide change programme, with a specific aim of taking the CAF group forward digitally, whilst building products and services that meet our customers’ evolving needs. Before joining CAF, Angus has served in numerous international CxO, Executive and Non-Executive roles across Financial Services, Insurance, Utilities, Charities and FMCG sectors.

Nora was promoted to our executive team as Group Brand and Marketing Director in April 2021, having joined Charities Aid Foundation in January 2020 as Head of Marketing. Her focus has been on putting our charity partners’ and donors’ needs at the heart of the CAF brand. Her areas of responsibility cover marketing, external communications, research and product development.

Mark joined Charities Aid Foundation in 2016 as Senior Manager of the CAF American Donor Fund before going on to lead our wider private client work as Head of Private Clients. As Managing Director of Philanthropy Services, he is responsible for CAF’s giving and social investing services.
