Report suspicious activity

If you notice unusual activity on your CAF or CAF Bank account, we’re ready to help. Here’s when and how to get in touch. 

Reasons to contact us

1. Unsolicited request - Someone unexpectedly requests your account details or asks you to move money.

Never provide confidential, financial or payment information without first checking where the request has come from, using known and verified contact details. If you are worried about a payment you have made or authorised, contact us straight away.

2. Phone call or email - You receive a call or email from someone claiming to be from Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) or CAF Bank that seems unusual or suspicious.

3. Web page - You come across an unusual page on our website that asks you to provide your security credentials. 

4. Text message - You receive an SMS text message from us about a payment or payee, and the details don’t look right.


Don't give away any account details
